Sectors
We only handle what we can genuinely control. Each family has its own sampling protocol, its documents and its known failure points.
Arabica, robusta, raw and refined sugar. Spot and forward contracts, systematic sampling before loading, lot-by-lot traceability through to the receiver.
Grains, pulses, vegetable oils, spices. Phytosanitary and origin certificates handled upstream, cold chain wherever the goods require it.
Cement, steel, timber, tiling, hardware. Containerised or bulk volumes, compliance with destination-country standards verified before loading.
Textiles, appliances, packaging, furniture. Negotiated minimum quantities, private label, sample approved and sealed before production starts.
Corridors
We operate from the Caribbean and place no restriction on destinations. The regions below are those where we have already traded, with vetted freight forwarders, inspectors and customs brokers; elsewhere, we vet them for your file.
Operational base in Guadeloupe. French West Indies, Greater and Lesser Antilles, inter-island feeder services.
Miami as the bridgehead for North America. Brazil, Colombia and Central America at origin for coffee and sugar.
Atlantic and Mediterranean seaboards. Full container load and groupage, weekly departures.
North and West Africa. Documentary financing and customs clearance supported.
Method
We stay accountable across the whole chain. Every stage produces a written deliverable you receive before we move to the next one.
We identify and audit producers and factories at origin, compare offers on equal specification, then negotiate price, Incoterm and schedule.
Deliverable: supplier file and costed comparison grid.
On-site pre-shipment inspection, sampling, verification of quantities, packing and marking. Nothing ships without an approved report.
Deliverable: photographic inspection report and sealed reference sample.
Sea, air or road freight booking, marine cargo insurance, shipment tracking and coordination with your customs broker through to delivery.
Deliverable: complete document set and shipment tracking.
The house
LJ9 Negoce is an independent trading house. We buy firm, we inspect ourselves, and we carry liability on the goods we sell.
That position has a cost: we decline business we cannot control at origin. It is also the only reason our clients entrust us with volume without having to travel.
Describe the goods, the volume and the destination. We come back within 48 working hours with a costed quotation or a reasoned answer.
